LegalTech West Coast went on without me this year. But I was able to see what was new here and there while I was in New York covering our Law Technology News desk. A better way to say that is, "while I was in New York, covered by the LTN news desk." Because there is certainly a lot to see from our New York operation, which seems to go on all day long, and well into the night.
Probably the best news to come out of the show was delivered by LTN's Associate Editor, Michael Roach, who was at the show this year and reported that a panel was "challenging predictive coding [technology] to better defend it" in the discovery process. Bully for them.
