SNEAK PREVIEW: "AN UNDERCURRENT OF FEAR"

Here's a sneak preview of the October LTN's cover story, An Undercurrent of Fear, by yours truly. It's part of our Fall EDD Showcase.

I was overwhelmed by the generosity of time, information and insight by so many members of our legal community. Thank you, and my apologies to those whose thoughtful comments didn't make it into the article -- I had so much material it was hard to choose who to quote!

And we're very very excited -- Monday is the launch date of our new EDD Update blog! You'll recognize many of the co-authors -- all of them serve on the edit boards of either LTN or Law.com Legal Technology Center (or in a few cases, both!)

Among them, as seen right: Thomas Gelbmann, George Socha, Browning Marean, George Rudoy, and Tom O'Connor. That's just a few!

The new blog is a joint project between LTN & Law.com, and Sean Doherty, Law.com's tech editor, and I will be coordinating the efforts, with the able assistance of Claire Duffett, LTN's news editor.

We'll bring you breaking news, vendor press releases, thoughtful analysis, important cases, and a long, long right nav bar full of links to articles, case cites, blogs, Mon's Darwin Watch, and so much more!

But the blog's ultimate success depends on YOU. Dive into the discussion and dialogue -- and we'll all cope/thrive with EDD together.
