EDITORS' BREAKFAST & CIO KICK-OFF

It will be a very busy morning today at LegalTech NY. (Yes, it's ridiculous that I'm up this early and posting, but what can I say? It's hard to sleep with so much buzz at the Hilton!)

At 8 a.m., in the Petit Trianon room (3rd floor) we'll be offering our traditional Editors' Breakfast -- an oppty for vendors, P.R. folks, and readers to meet many of the ALM editors who work in the mid-Atlantic region. The LTN crew will be there in full force -- including our wonderful EDD columnist Craig Ball -- and there will also be editors from The American Lawyer, Corporate Counsel, NY Law Journal, our newsletters division, among others. Our CEO/president Bill Pollak will launch it, as usual, with opening remarks and observations, and then there will be plenty of time for informal conversations!

Everyone with a badge is welcome -- we'll have the critical food groups (caffeine and sugar) available in abundance.

After the breakfast, I'm racing over to the Chief Information & Technology Officers Forum, which is being held concurrently with LTNY, to give opening remarks. Tony Cordeiro, of Shearman & Sterling, and Harris Tilevitz, of Skadden Arps, are the co-chairs, so it's sure to be a fascinating and lively two-day session.
